Is permanent jewelry waterproof?
Yes! It's jewelry that you can wear all the time without having to stress about removing it. It's great for people with sensitive skin because it's hypoallergenic and can withstand water.
Does permanent jewelry turn green?
No it wont tarnish or turn your wrist green.
Does permanent jewelry stretch out?
Even though your bracelet is made with durable materials like Gold Filled, 925 Sterling silver, or Stainless Steel and can handle everyday use, it is still a delicate chain and needs careful handling. Avoid pulling or exerting force on it during intense exercise or playing sports, as this can stretch or break it, and you might end up misplacing it.
Can you wear permanent jewelry in the pool?
Yes! Shower, pool, ocean, hot tubs… enjoy your permanent jewelry knowing it wont get lost in the water!
How long does the permanent jewelry last?
Assuming you never want or need to remove it, permanent jewelry will endure as long as you desire.
Do I need to maintain my permanent jewelry?
Over time, jewelry may lose its shine. To restore its sparkle, make a paste using white vinegar and baking soda. Apply the paste to the jewelry, gently brush with an old toothbrush, and rinse with warm water.
What if I need to remove it but still want to put it back on later?
If you ever need to take off the jewelry, you can simply use scissors to cut the "ring". If you want to put it back on, just let us know and we will fix it for free! No charge at all!
How much time does a permanent jewelry appointment usually take?
You have a 15-minute time slot.

Absolutely! You have the option to include an additional service when scheduling your appointment. And if you'd like, feel free to bring along your friend!
Can I come without an appointment?
Starting from November 1st, 2023, you can simply come in without an appointment.
How do I schedule an appointment?
To schedule an appointment, please visit our website and provide necessary information. Our location is 7 Eastwood Avenue North, Oshawa, Ontario, Canada, but will change to 1053 Simcoe Street North as of 01 November 2023. You will receive instructions for your appointment in a confirmation email.
Is it safe to get a permanent jewelry?
At Lovella Beauty Inc., we assure you that welding permanent jewelry is very safe with little to no risks involved. The only instance where we cannot attach permanent jewelry is if you have a pacemaker or metal sensitivity. Rest assured, we use a specialized machine and are well-trained to perform this service.
Can I wear permanent jewelry at airport security?
Yes! You can keep your valuable jewelry on when going through TSA, so you can bring your favorite pieces with you wherever you go!
What's the process?
Step 1: Chain Selection
Upon your arrival, you will have the opportunity to see the chain selection that is available to you and to make your choice for your desired permanent jewelry.
Step 2: Measurement
For this step we will adjust the chain accordingly to the size you want and feel comfortable.
Step 3: Welding
Finally, all that remains is to safely weld the chain. This step is very quick and allows you to leave with a nice permanent jewelry . Enjoy!
